GCP Student Living plc, a FTSE 250 company, was the first real estate investment trust in the UK to focus on student residential assets. It invests in properties located primarily in and around London where the Investment Manager believes the Company is likely to benefit from supply and demand imbalances for student residential accommodation and a growing number of international students.
