The financial data, market prices, and instrument information provided on FinSxS is updated periodically (typically on a weekly basis) and are not real-time. You acknowledge that the data displayed may be significantly delayed and may not reflect the current market price or status of any financial instrument. FinSxS should be used for historical analysis and long-term trend visualization only, not for active trading or immediate investment decisions.

4. AI-Generated Content

Certain content on the Platform, including organization descriptions and sector classifications, is generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or 'hallucinations.' We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated text and it should be independently verified.

5. User Accounts and Quotas

To use certain features, you must register for an account. Access to specific capabilities (e.g., CSV exports, PDF reporting) is determined by your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify these quotas to maintain system performance.

FinSxS is a data visualization tool. We are not responsible for any investment losses or financial decisions made based on the data provided on this platform. Always verify data with a certified professional.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The compilation, arrangement, and visualization of data on FinSxS are the proprietary property of FinSxS. However, specific underlying financial market data may be sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to the European Central Bank and The World Bank). All third-party data remains the property of its respective owners.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your FinSxS subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle.com support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund policy for your most recent subscription payment. To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Page or reach out to Paddle.com directly. Please note that refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
